What is Private Leasing by Massar?
It is a long-term rental contract, all-inclusive vehicle solution for individuals. Unlike a car loan, you pay one fixed monthly fee that covers the vehicle, insurance, registration, and all maintenance.
Who is eligible for a Private Lease?
To apply, you must be a resident of the UAE or KSA, at least 21 years old, and hold a valid driving license.
What documents are required to start my lease?
For a standard application, you will need:
-Valid Emirates ID / GOSI (for KSA).
-Passport and Residency Visa copy.
-Valid Local Driving License.
-A valid local Credit Card.
Note: For luxury vehicles, a Salary Certificate and 3-month Bank Statement may be requested.
What services are included in my monthly lease payment?
Your "Private Lease" is all-inclusive. It covers:
-Comprehensive Insurance and annual Registration (RTA/Traffic Dept).
-All routine Maintenance and Wear-and-Tear (with free pickup and delivery).
-24/7 Roadside Assistance and a Replacement Vehicle during servicing.
Are maintenance and insurance included?
Yes. Your monthly payment covers insurance, registration, annual registration renewal, and all routine servicing. We even handle the pickup and delivery for your service appointments in addition to 24/7 support
Can I exit the lease before the contract ends?
Yes, our plans offer flexible exit options. Early termination terms vary depending on your specific contract length (12, 24,38 or 48 months).
How does the mileage (kilometers) system work?
Every lease comes with a set monthly mileage limit. If you need to drive more, you can easily purchase Mileage Top-ups directly through the Massar App. Any unused kilometers from your standard allowance will rollover to the next month, ensuring you never lose what you pay for
